Is it a mystery shopper or is it real???

When we phone shop banks it’s always amazing to hear the number of employees that think they have it figured out as to when they are shopped. We’ve been told countless times by employees that they think they were shopped when in reality they weren’t. Of course if they think every call they get is a shop they’ll eventually be right a few times. Kind of like a broken watch… it’s at least right twice a day. Anyway, for all the stories like that we also hear stories like the one on this recording.
