Leadership and Vision

We came across this article (see link below) about Apple CEO, Steve Jobs on Vision and Leadership. It wasn’t mentioned in the article but you can also add this into the mix… Implementation. There is no doubt that Jobs knew what it took to implement his vision. We’ve heard countless stories over the years of where leaders envisioned their organizations to be in the years ahead, but very few ever reached their lofty visions. This article hits part of the reason for that and the other part is not having a process in place to implement. What’s your vision? How do plan on getting there?
